49. The Abandoned House

Emilia stretched her lips out in a thin smile, as she stood on the rustic, sandy porch of the old one story house, that seemed like it had gone through hell. The paints on the dry walls of the house, on the outside, was completely patchy, with only a fiant hint of teal green left visible on the walls of that house. The small porch wooden railing was completely broken and seemed like, that had happened some time ages ago and no one even ever bothered to fix it. “I don’t think anyone lives here.” Henry stated, looking at how much dusty the front porch was. He then turned back and looked at the small lawn along the dirty driveway of the house, that seemed like it had not been cleaned through at least ten hurricanes and storms.
