The loud tap on her desk, startled Emilia, who immediately woke up, almost falling off her chair.
She gasped, placing her hand over her heart, as she saw the tall figure standing in front of her and staring right in to her soul.
“What the hell!”
She complained, looking at Jake, standing tall above her.
“You’ve been using your office as a bedroom, quite a lot lately.”
He reminded her, grabbing a seat in front of her and placing the iPad, on the desk, that he held previously.
Emilia groaned, throwing her head back on her swivel chair and stretching her limbs out.
“Well, if you haven’t noticed just yet, I am on a sabbatical.”
She notified him, grabbing a magazine off her desk and opening it up from the middle.
