He peered into my eyes and his touch was melting me down. No man ever saw me naked. And now I’m being pressed against his body like this.
He smirked, making me alarmed.
“W-what are you-“Before I could say something he pressed his lips against mine.
My knees grew weak, and could feel the strength in my body fleeing away.
This man, did he plan on doing this all along?
I may never had any prior experience with men, but making my heart race like this is unacceptable.
My heart is pounding hard. Can he hear it?
No, I can’t breathe I need oxygen!
I pushed him away by the chest making him fall in the water.
And taking the chance I jumped out of the water and picked up the towel and wrapped it around my body hastily.
He stood up on his feet and chuckled.
“You got me there. Quite some strength you have.” He adds with a smile.
“It makes the struggle all worthwhile.”
I look at him all nervous.
“Um…you can’t kiss someone without their consent!” I stated.
“Please leave from here!”.
And suddenly, the smile on his face fades away. And a dark gloomy aura surrounds him.
“Hm…consent…yeah right.”
“You are right.”
He puts on a forced smile.
“I’ll leave. See you later.” He adds with a wave and walks away into the forest without showing any trace.
What did he come here for? To tease me?
I heaved a sigh in relief.
A second later, the maid knocked on the door.
“Miss, are you done?”.
“Uh, not yet. Give me some minutes.”
I rubbed some shampoo all over and washed out and got into the clean dress and shoes and walked out of there.
I met up with the maid and she brought me to a room. She brushed my hair and gave me a pair of earrings to wear making me look presentable.
Then, she brought me back to the room where I met the Alphas previously.
The maid was about to knock on the door when we heard a voice from inside.
“Why do you smell like her? Did you go after her or something?”.
“What’s the harm? We are going to do the deed sooner or later.”
“It doesn’t matter If we start now. and…it’ll help her get accustomed to us, right?”.
“Calm down and just enjoy the moment.”
“You are always like this Ray! I told you that we were going to follow the plan. You never listen, why’s that?”.
“Do you not consider Jennifer’s feelings at all?”.
Jennifer? Who’s that?
“Lord, she’s here!” the maid stated, knocking on the door.
“Let her in!” came a voice from inside.
The maid opened the door and I walked inside.
The three of them were staring at each other with a pissed-off look on their faces.
Were they arguing?
“Hey beautiful,” the guy who approached me earlier came up to my side with open arms.
But before he could step further the one with brown hair stood in front of me.
“Stop right there, Ray.” He stated.
“You aren’t advancing any further.”
Ray’s eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
“You don’t make any sense, Elliot!”.
“Why are you getting in my way?”.
“It’s for you and our best.”
“You, come with us. We have to go somewhere.” He said, glancing at me.
I nodded at him only and glanced at the other guy who was watching everything with a gloomy expression.
And I followed the man and we went inside the manor and arrived in front of a door.
The one called Elliot, knocked on the door after a few seconds.
“Jennifer, are you awake?”.
“Yes, come in.”
“Let’s go,” he added before stepping inside.
All three of them went in and I went after them.
The moment I stepped in, I could smell the scent of medicines in the air. They smell like the room my grandma used to stay in.
She became ill before she passed away and her room used to smell like this.
When I looked here and there I saw a lady sitting on the bed. She was in her sleeping clothes, and her hand was connected to a saline stand.
Is she a patient?
Who is this Jennifer they are so concerned about?
Their sister or something?
She had straight raven black hair which reached up to her shoulders and gorgeous ash-grey eyes. And a beautiful smile on her face.
She looks so mysterious and captivating.
Elliot went up to her side and took her by the hand. She was sitting up and seeing him she became happy.
“Elli, I hadn’t seen you up all morning.” She remarks in a cheerful tone.
“Where had you been?”.
“Um…” a soft smile appeared on his face even though he wears a cold expression all the time.
“How are you feeling today? Better?”.
She nodded. “Yeah, with proper rest. I had been sleep-deprived lately. Now, I’m in better condition.”
“Good, there’s someone I’d like you to see.”
“Are you prepared?”.
“Someone?” she became puzzled.
“Bring her here,” he said to Ray and the other guy.
“Come,” Ray whispered to me as we all walked over to the side of the bed next to Elliot.
I started feeling nervous to see from up close. She looked so beautiful that I couldn’t take my eyes off her.
“introduce yourself,” Elliot said to me.
I nod and stare down at my hands.
“I-I’m Crystal Romanova, from the Red-Moon pack, Alpha Ivan’s daughter,” I stated with a clear voice.
She examined me from top to toe, and her eyes widened in shock.
She covered her mouth with a gasp.
“She looks so beautiful, and young than me! Like super young, right Ray?”.
Ray nods glancing at me, “Yeah, how old are you by the way?”.
“I’m 19, just turned a week ago.”
“That’s like super young!” the woman said with a shocked face.
“I’m Jennifer, 24 years old, nice to meet you Crystal!”. She said with a smile, holding out her hand towards me.
I felt hesitant, about whether to shake her hand or not.
I glanced at Elliot, he nodded in approval.
Then I shook her hand.
“Nice to…meet you, Ms. Jennifer.”
“Jennifer will be enough.”
She glanced at Elliot, “Is she?”.
He nodded. “Yes, the one I talked with you about yesterday.”
“The girl we-“.
Her face became a bit saddened.
“Pressure from your parents and grandpa.”
“I knew this day was going to come,” she puts on a forced smile turning to me.
“I’m not sad at all about it.”
“I’m excited that,” she took my hand and held it.
I looked into her face.
“That you’ll be helping us make our dreams come true.”
“Thank you. Thank you, Crystal. I’m grateful to you.”
“She doesn’t know anything yet,” added the other guy who had been staying quiet all this while.
“Elliot didn’t tell her anything.”
“He didn’t?” Jennifer was shocked.
“Why do you keep quiet about everything?”.
Elliot sighs. “I was going to tell her after letting her see you.”
“Don’t worry, she’ll know about everything.”
Jennifer looked at me, removing her hand from mine.
“Hope to get along with you Crystal.”
I couldn’t help but smile at her. “M-me too.”
“You take rest for now. I’ll come to see you later,” Elliot said to her.
She nodded. “See you after lunch.”
“Ray, come to hang out, okay? You hadn’t been showing up to my room lately.”
Ray nods. “Sure.”
“You too, Zen.”
The one with a gloomy expression nods, looking away.
We walked out of her room and Elliot heaved a sigh when he came out.
“Glad she seemed to be alright.” He murmured under his breath.
