My wolf was both ecstatic and frustrated. It had been two weeks and while getting to know Val was amazing, the fact that she was still sleeping across the hall made he and I both go crazy. We longed for her to be here with us, it felt like a fire was burning me up from the inside out. I had tossed and turned for hours, barely sleeping at all.
