Ryan’s POV
I heard Akiro groaned behind us and I can’t help but smile. I didn’t know Akiro groaning would be the best sound in the world right now at the moment.
The motherfucker’s back again.
The Phoenix cleared his throat and he got my attention.
He turned to me.
“I need you to hand me the crystal dagger Ryan” he said.
I gave the crystal dagger to him. When he held it, the dagger shattered into ashes.
Mandy and I exchanged a look. We were both confused for what he did.
“That crystal dagger can’t really kill Hisato” he said.
“But Hisato can’t touch it” Mandy pointed out.
“He just can’t hold it because the gold handle was blessed to ward off evil. However, that crystal was forged to kill me instead” he said.
“Wait, what?” Mandy asked, confused.
