‘’You have been through a lot so I would like it if you can get some rest,’’ I told Trisha as we walked out of my portal. We were in front of her room door and I had chosen to appear there because I wanted her to rest. We’ve been through a lot and at the same time, I wanted to have a moment to myself to reflect on my past.
‘’Are you okay?’’ she asked trying to move closer to me but I stopped her.
‘’Don’t worry about me Trisha,’’ I told her and then turned to leave but she hugged me from behind. I heaved a deep sigh thinking about how I wanted to lay beside her until she fall asleep but I knew that I needed a moment on my own.
