Three people I never wished to run into today; Anna, Chase and Leo. Seems like luck is not on my side.
I quickly turn on my heels and hurry off down the hall. I hear Mariam calling out to me but I don’t stop. I continue until I am nearing the teachers lounge, then I notice Chase hot on my tail.
My heartbeat has increased. I have too many emotions rioting in my system and I’m certainly not ready to deal with any of it.
