I bid Jasper farewell, and went to my room to pack up my things to leave for the night. My kingdom has kept me busy the last few days, and I was anxious to get back to Wren, and the child she bore. I knew she thought I was being over protective of them, but I had plenty to be worried about. She has had so many threats to her life these last months, that I was constantly on alert.
