Violet's POV
"Violet, wake up!" I open my eyes wide and am panting heavily. "Same nightmare?" Chris asks me with sad eyes. I nod my head and sob. I have been dreading this day since Star was born. Today is her 18th birthday. What's worst is that we still haven't told her what's going to happen today. I feel guilty for keeping it a secret, but I didn't want her to dwell on this her entire life. I also know that her mate, Andrew, is going to be upset. He really is a sweet guy and I fear he will hate me and Chris now.
A knock is heard on our door and Chris opens it for his fathers. They seem to be the only ones who remember what today holds for our family. They both hug Chris before hugging me. "We will get through this. Star is a tough girl and will understand." Jackson tries to comfort
