Violet's POV
As we wrapped the meeting and breakfast up, I was getting anxious. I have never seen or met a werebear in real life before! I'm so excited, yet nervous at the same time.
"I think the sooner we do this, the better. Agreed?" Noah asks everyone at the table. Of course, we all agree.
"Good, let's get ready and meet at the car in an hour?" I suggest, unable to hide my enthusiasm.
"That would be perfect! See you all then." Megg states as she stands up, Jace following her action. Bowing to us, he leaves the room with his mate.
"Violet. I don't think you should join us." Chris says as soon as we get back into our room. "WHAT! WHY?" I shout, followed by tears running from my eyes.
I can tell he wants to chuckle but holds it back. Smart move. I would've slapped that grin righ
