"Is it silly to say that I'm nervous?" Megg asks and I comfort her by telling her that it's normal. "Megg, you look absolutely beautiful. Jace is a very lucky man." I tell her honestly.
"What's bothering you?" She asks with arms crossed. I want to say nothing, but she would know it's a lie. This girl can see right through me.
"Violet! Tell me! Please!" She begs.
"I want you to be happy. I truly do. I know how much finding your mate means to you and he seems like a genuinely nice guy. However, I want you to find out as much as possible about him and let me know. I just want what's best for you AND the pack."
Megg stands there with a serious look plastered on her face before she starts laughing. "What's so funny?"
