Seeing Cynthia leave, Oscar turned up with a new idea, thinking now it was his chance directly given by the Almighty to make everything perfect again. It was nothing short of a miracle that when everyone– including he, himself, had thought the game was over, Cynthia herself left the place, giving him the window to play victim.
And if he had already lost the hope of hiding Cynthia from everyone, he wasn't going to let Melissa leave him too… he refused to be left at this altar with nothing in his hands.
With that thought, he quickly bent down on his knees, and covering his face, he started screaming, crying, yelling– doing all three at the same time.
