"Ye Zen, an outer branch member of Ye Imperial Family." he coldly introduced himself. Ye Zen had never told anyone about his true name. Only his master and senior sisters knew about his real identity. What exactly is happening?
"Junior Apprentice Brother doesn't know, even Zi Yingjun but our Master told us not to fight the person who can control the Shadow Asura. Instead, we should bring him to Master." Ye Hui explained. Both Ye Zen and Zi Yingjun were drawn in questions. "Zi Yingjun, do you have the Xing Stone?"
"No. My cousin inherited it." Zi Yingjun kept his frown. This is an unexpected turn of event. Just a moment ago, they want to cripple him but then they chose to raise a white flag.
"Then, you are not qualified to meet Master." Ye Sui sighed in dismay. "Master once said he came here fifteen to sixteen years ago and owed a Zi Clan maiden something. So, whoever holds the Xing Stone will receive his recognition. Master is expecting that the person who can control the Shadow Asura is also the one who holds the Xing Stone."
"Is his name Ye Huai?" he expectantly asked. Ye Hui and Ye Sui exchanged glances. They nodded as an answer.
"Yes. But since you don't have the Xing Stone, we can only offer you peace. Who is this cousin of yours?" Ye Sui asked back.
"I will get it back." Zi Yingjun chose not to answer. "The maiden Ye Huai mentioned is my mother. She owns the Xing Stone but after she died, I was supposed to inherit it then my maternal uncle gave it to my cousin. If I get the Xing Stone, will Ye Huai agree to meet me?"
"Certainly." the two sisters said in unison.
"Wait, Seniors, does this mean we are no longer allowed to eradicate them? Are we not going to take the Shadow Asura?" Ye Zen interrupted them. The reason why he came here is to lay traps for the Shadow Asura and make sure no other super forces knows its existence.
"No, Ye Zen. Zi Yingjun is not an enemy right now. We were given orders to destroy Da Long Mountain and anyone related to it but Master specified we can't harm the person holding both the Shadow Asura and Xing Stone." Ye Hui pointed at Zi Yingjun. "The Emperor's order is to kill small-scale clans with pure bloodlines but the Master's order is to exclude the one meeting his standards. Which do you prefer to follow? The Emperor or Master?"
"Master, of course." he looked away and secretly felt it was unjustifiable. Zi Yingjun is evil. He can even kill Zi Gu Wen whom he regarded as a brother. These past weeks of travels, he saw how close Zi Yingjun and Zi Gu Wen were. But then, Zi Yingjun wanted to sacrifice Zi Gu Wen for the Shadow Asura's sake. He's an untrustworthy person. "Hai Liang." Zi Yingjun called out. She peeked behind his back and looked at them. "Show them your bracelet."

"Crown Princess, the envoy has been looking for you. She nearly troubled our Master to find you." they both spoke in a solemn tone. A month or so, the crown princess of Eastern Sea's hegemonic Hai Empire escaped her guards and went outside the core zone. The envoy was panicking since the whole five continent knew how precious Hai Liang was. She's the empress' only daughter and was spoiled very much. The Hai Empire doesn't have any prince other than a legitimate princess and a concubine-born princess. Thus, Hai Liang was regarded as the heir for the throne. If she dies, Hai Empire can consider launching war against Ye Dynasty.
"Seniors, I will head back to the clan and retrieve the Xing Stone. If you may, please bring the crown princess to Ye Empire." Zi Yingjun bowed while cupping his hands. Hai Liang cant almost believe it. He never bowed down to anyone, not even to her or his uncle. What made him so polite all of a sudden?
"En. Many thanks for keeping Her Highness safe. Ye Zen, stay here for a while and make sure Zi Yingjun is safe. Continue what the emperor tasked you to keep their suspicion. However, make sure the Shadow Asura will not be caught once Ye Empire experts comes here." Ye Hui reminded. Ye Zen have no choice but to agree.
"Wait, Yingying!" suddenly, Hai Liang clung on his waist with her face full of tears. Zi Yingjun's face darkened, the Ye sisters felt something was off as Ye Zen sneered. "Yingying, when will I see you again? You will go to Ye Empire, right?"
"Really..." he forced Hai Liang to let go of him. Zi Yingjun knew she will call him this way again. "I will go to Ye Empire after I finish my goals here. I am not sure we will see each other again since you belong to a different continent. Just continue opening your meridians and cultivate well. Because one day, who knows if I will be your enemy."
"No you wont!" Hai Liang shook her head. "Aiya, you should have slept with me before. Now I regretted sleeping with Shi Zhao, I mean, Ye Zen."
"J-Junior Ye Zen...?" Ye Sui was shocked, even the always cold Ye Hui was astounded.
"I was forced." Ye Zen said while his calmness cracked.
