Shemar walks back over to Kaimana. "Okay, these guests need to hurry up. Khaby, Tripp, and Roop, those boys need. Hell, I don't know what they need. Emrys is being impatient and ready to party. Nani, that's your son when he acts like that."
Kiamana looks at him, "My son. Nope, don't blame that on me. He gets that from you." She walks over to one of the tables where the buffet is set up.
Moon and Alika laugh at Shemar, who's shaking his head, pointing to Kaimana.
Ellery and Beckett ran past Moon and Alika to join Emrys, Khaby, Roop, Juliet, Lucia, Regina, and Nacio.
"Where is my brother?" Moon's looking around the yard for Devale and his mates.
Alika reminds her that Devale, Mercer, and Sherdidan said they would be late but would be here before the cake is cut. Moon was about to say something, when Alika remided heer that Devale and his mates are still in the newlywed stage and they don't have kids. So they probably don't want to hear a bunch of kids screaming when tey can be doing other things. Adult things.
Moon smiles, thinking maybe "I'll be an aunt soon."
Alessio and Lalani walk next to Alka and Moon. Alessio asked what they missed. Alika tells him about the presents, and Shemar says that Emrys acts like Kaimana because he wants the party to start.
"If you ask me, I would say Emrys is acting like both of them." Alessio mumbles, looking at Edge and Malia running to catch up with Wesson and Zayden.
"Did they invite the triplets, Garcella, and their children?" Lalani whispers to Moon, looking at Kaimana.
Moon frowns. "Girl no. Garcella still has a problem with her mates being anywhere near Kaimana. Shemar is cool with them coming. Kaimana said to keep the peace in the triplets' households, she prefers not to invite them. Also, she doesn't want to kill Garcella, after what happened at Emry one year old birthday party. You remember that nutty woman kept watching Kai like she was scared Kai would steal one of those fools. I know they have a company and all of that, but to me, they'll always be fools."
Lalani laughs, looking at Namakesha and Boon riding up in a 1966 dune buggy. Shiloh and Malia stared at them, saying they bought that for themselves, not their grandson.
"Emrys doesn't know how to drive. If my baby gets hurt, everybody dies." Kaimana tells Shemar.
Shemar frowns, "Hell no, my son isn't driving that thing. Nani is making death threats. Nope, Emrys. Keep your narrow tail out of that death trap."
Namakesha tells Shemar that he and Boon have to take the kids for rides. He looks at Namakesha, laughs when she says "nice save."
Dutton, Humbrey, Danica, Gannon, and Kimora have just walked from around the house with Wystan, Celestine, and Alexa behind them. They're also staring at the dune buggy.
"Whose is that? " Dutton asks while putting two gifts on the table. "What happened here?"He points to the open presents.
"Emrys, but his grandfathers are trying to pass it off as if it's theirs. As for the presents that would be my boys' doing." Shemar looks at Khaby, Tripp, and Roop, who are eating ice cream. Then he looks at Emry and thinks, "What is that boy whispering about. He's up to something." Shemar narrowed his eyes, looking at his son.
All the kids are huddled around Emery and burst out laughing. Emery looks at his mother, who's talking to Moon, Lalani, and Malia. Then looks at his father, who is still looking at him. Emrys smiles.
"Oh yeah, he's definitely up to something," Shemar mumbles, then yells, "Oh s**t, Nani, Emrys has pulled a disappearing act and took all the kids."
Kaimana twists her mouth. "Okay, this time I'll take the blame. Emrys is acting like me."
Lalani, Malia, and Moon are asking her where Emrys took their children.
She tilts her head to the left. "How do I know I was right here with you three?"
Devale, Sheridan, and Mercir arrive, looking around the yard. He asks Alessio where the kids are.
Alessio points to Shmar and Kaimana, "Emrys kidnapped them."
"Emrys didn't kidnap them; he took them on a field trip." Shemar looks at Kaimana; he had to look away from Allesio and Devale, if not, he would have laughed.
Kaimana tries to contact Emrys. "I don't believe this. That boy blocked me. How can he block me? No one has the ability to block me. Not even Winter."
"Now you may say Emrys kidnapped your children." Shemar looks at Alessio
"Well, my nephew did. Yep, he blocked your ass." Alika chuckles. "blocked."
She was about to say something to him when she noticed the huge smile on Shemar's face. "I don't think this is the time to feel proud."
"I can't help it. My son has done something no one could do." Shemar laughs, "Damn." Then he looks at his brother, father, and their mates. "I'm sure they'll be fine. Emrys won't let anything happen to you. No wonder his tail was in a hurry for his guests to arrive."
Tripp, Roop, and Khaby are fussing because Emrys didn't take them, and now they can't be punished.
Moon wants to know what they're going to do. Namakesha tells her there isn't anything they can do, but wait it out.
Kaimana looks at her mother. "I have to teach that child a lesson. He can do some things I can't, but I'm still his mother. There is no way I'm allowing my five-year-old son to smart me."
"That's right." Shemar walks beside "Nani, what are you going to do?"
She cut her eyes at him, "Summon his little ass. "Emrys Shemar Iwalani, get you til back here right now. If not, I'll hunt you down."
Shemar looks at her. "That didn't sound like a summons spell to me. That sounds like one tick of mother."
"Yep, but it worked." She points to Emrys and the children, who are eating cotton candy and holding balloons.
"It seems that the kids have already had their party, and Emrys has already opened most of his gifts. Let's enjoy the delicious food." Shemar, looking at Kaimana and Emrys walking away from everyone, thought, "Like father, like daughter. They sure do; love taking walks. Emrys, I don't believe you'll win this one. Good luck."
