Cassidy’s POV
Hours after the man had left, Cassidy and Eric waited for him to return and when the hotel called them through the room’s telephone, telling them to head to the lobby, they hesitantly went down. On getting to the lobby, Cassidy saw the man from earlier standing at the entrance of the building.
When they reached the man, he waved with a big smile on his face.
“I am so glad that you are about to enjoy yourselves,” he said. “I am David by the way. Come on, let’s go.”
David opened one side of the door and motioned for them to step out. Cassidy glanced at Eric the same time that he did to her. He offered a nod and motioned that she step out first.
