Chapter 6 Blind Rage

" Who.."

I thought, I would explode. Who dared to do something like this? Benny! her ex? No he couldn't be. That scumbag didn't have this much guts, at least not after that day.

"He ... He....it's Mr. Rob." Granny whispered in pure terror. That old rag. How dare he?

" He came to our flower shop this morning with his men. I.... I w-was at school with Zain and a- and Oli was alone there and Mr. Rob broke into the shop and tried.. tried to.... Luckily some customers were present there ,able to c-called the police. They came and saved her. When I arrived there she was sitting in a corner, having a panic attack."

The bastard. Granny pressed her face on hands and cried harder. I knew, she felt terrible. Heck! I thought I was going kill someone. Granny's helplessness made me angered more.

"I'm sorry. Once again I-I failed to protect her. She has to f-face it again. I am s-so useless . Why... "

Granny choked out as she cried her eyes out, hiccuping, blaming herself. It was never her fault. The only person who should be at blame was me .

I should have dealt with him properly when he came with that awful offer. I shouldn't have just worn him. That coward didn't deserve any warning.

I hold granny's hand and made her look at me. She needed to stop blaming herself.

"It's not your fault, granny. it never was. You are the most perfect Grandma Oli can ever get. You have done everything you could have and you did the best for both of them."

I paused as I made her look at me directly into my eyes. I needed her to remember what she was capable of.

"And you know, What's so special about you that you always stay strong no matter what. Then why so weak this time.

I need you to be the feisty granny, whom Oli always looks up to. Whom I got inspired by. Who taught us how love our lives. Who encourages us for everything. You can do that Granny, right?

Not for you but for her, for them"

I wiped her tears gently.They didn't deserve this s**t, not after going through all the miseries. She nodded weakly. I squeezed her hand assuring, she was not alone anymore.

“And don't worry, Granny. I am here with you and always will be. No matter what. We will get over this together. And I will always protect Oli, Zain and you even after my death. I promise you that."

My determined eyes are enough for her to understand that they would never experience something like this ever again. She gave me a small smile this time.

"I know, you will be always with us, Lana. And I just don't know but believe so.I love you my child. Thank you for everything. You don't know how much you mean to us. My child, You are truly an angel." Granny spoke as she cupped my checks.

"You mean a lot too to me." I whispered back. Gently kissing her tackles I turned to Dr. Robert.

"Dr. Robert please make sure Olivia gets better. I want the best treatment for her. I have something else to handle but I'll quickly come back. Just call me if I am needed here."

I rose from chair as I spoke to Dr. Robert. He nodded his head then walked out of the room. I glanced at Oli one more time then turned to Granny.

"Take care, ok. I will be here as soon as possible. And don't worry much." I said to Granny. She looked at with her pleading eyes but didn't say anything. Just nodded.

She knew, it has to be done. She understood and I grateful for that.

I left the room. I knew Dr. Robert would take good care of her. I had complete faith in him.

I completed all the paperwork and shifted Oli in the VIP sections. After making sure everything was ok, I stormed out from the hospital and got in my car. Each passing second my anger rose more.

I chuckled darkly. Looked like someone badly wanted to die. It was Ok. I would happily help with that.

I opened my laptop and tracked the bastard. It didn't take time tracking him down. It was a piece of cake for me. I checked the video surveillance of Oli's house, it only fueled my rage.

The bastard tried to touch what was not him. He f*****g slapped her, torn her dress, shoved her on the ground.

He forcefully tried to kiss her but she dodged him. Oli was desperately struggling against him. That bastard stepped on her leg, when she tried to back up crawling.

I shut the laptop in anger. How dare he? He definitely had a death wish.

I turned on the CPS and hit the gas pedal.

Someone was going to die today and it was not me.

I quickly emailed my lawyer to do some paperwork for me. I would be needing that s**t.

Rob was having some office meeting with some share holders. What was he up to now? Trying to f**k some Goldie's.

'Ohh come on rag. Just wait for me, I have better surprises for you.'

By the time I reached the location, it started raining. Like hell! It just added more fuel to my anger.I f*****g hated rain.

I stopped the car in front of the building, without parking. I didn't care. I just needed to get him as soon as possible.

Without paying any attention to anyone I directly went for the elevator. Someone was shouting from behind but I ignored it and pressed the button.

I was not in the mood to entertain any guard or receptionist. I had to see the bastard right now.

" Why is this taking so long to get on the 50th floor?"

As soon as the lift gate opened I turned left, walk to the room straight where the bastard was but a young lady stopped me. She might be a secretary. But I ignored her, tried to open the gate. She stopped me again, standing in front of me.

"Sorry ma'm, you can't go there, are you looking for some one? Are you lost? It's lunch time so you must have not noticed the employee. Please ma'm go to the reception, they will help you."

She ssid in a polite tone. She was professional. If it was another time I would have liked her professionalism. But she was wasting my time. I tried to respond to her as calmly as possible.

"No I am not lost and I know where I am going so don't worry.."

Slightly pushing her I opened the door. I knew she was just doing her job but I was so blind by rage to hear anything. I could hear her shouting from behind and tried to stop me but I ain't having any of this.

Others POV

The moment Orchid opened the door everyone snapped their head towards her. The meeting room went dead silent. Orchid didn't spare them any glances.

Her eyes shifted from here to there, finally landed on him. Rob was sitting on the corner with others. The moment her eyes locked his, she couldn't bring herself to calm anymore.

All she see was red. She went straight to him, crossing the table.

"You f*****g bastard, How dare you!"

Her fist collided with his face, nearly knocking him down. She didn't give him time to fall , quickly grabbed his collar, pulling him from the chair, only to punch him again.

Everyone around them got startled, back up from them.

"How dare you punch me b***h, Don't you know who I am?"

Mr. Rob barked and tried to free himself but only got another punch in return. This time fell right on his butt.

"You.... Aaahhh...."

He couldn't even finish his sentence as Orchid kicked his balls so hard that he screamed in pure agony.

"Shut up you dickhead. I remember you just fine. Seems like you forgot your place. You dare to touch her? I warned you before. You certainly took it lightly."

Orchid pulled him by his hair, slamming his head on the hard glass wall. Rob screamed in pain. Everyone in the room was so shocked to say anything.

" I warned you to stay away from her.Yet you f*****g tried to molest her" Orchid yelled as she laid punch with each word.

"She"...Punch... "is".Punch..."your"..punch ...

"daughter" ... punch.. age... punch".

Orchid raised her hand to hit him again but this time Rob dodged it. Her fist landed on the glass wall cracking it, making everyone grasps. Orchid didn't stop there.

She grabbed Rob's right hand.

" This is the hand with which you touched her right?"

Making him bend over the table Orchid broke the hand. Crack..

" Aaahhhh........... Le-leave me b***h. Someone-someone please help me.." Rob screamed. Blood started to ooze from everywhere. His nose, head, lips, everything was busted, bleeding heavily.

He was literally grasping for air. The pain was too much to bear. Everyone was too stunned to do anything. Moreover their boss wasn't saying or stopping the girl so they couldn't do anything. It was shocking that Orchid had the same dominating aura as their boss that they forget to breathe.
