His soft lips crushed into mine and just took over my senses. I went into an instant shock when his lips plummeted into mine but, soon later I relaxed. As much as I was gonna hate myself for being so easy, I couldn't stop myself. My mouth moved with his like a symphony.

The heat that was coming out his rock hard body was warm and inviting that I didn't try to stop him as he got closer to me and deepened the kiss. I wrapped my arm around his neck, encouraging him even more. When I felt his tongue slightly touching my lips, to gain entry, I willingly complied.

Just as things were getting good however, he suddenly pulled away from the kiss, breathing heavily and looking around from side to side.

I however, stood there dazed. What the f*** just happened? One second I was standing there minding my damn business as I counted the seconds before I could finally leave from this dreaded place, and the next second I was being kissed and seduced by the alpha's son. I mean how the hell did that happen and why was I so easy to let him kiss me? Argh, I fell like killing myself right now. And… wait... Is he talking to me?

I looked up from my dazed state and tried to listen to what he was saying.

"Hey, you in there. I asked if you can see her," he repeated himself, rather rudely I might add.

"What… see who?"

"For crying out loud, I'm talking about Alexandria damnit." He yelled annoyed, closer to my ear so I was sure to hear him.?

This definitely snapped me out of my trance. Now I was pissed off. I craned my neck to look over his shoulder and caught Alexandria just leaving the room with that same agitated confused look in her eyes, clearly upset because she could not find her counterpart who was currently standing in front of me.

"She's gone. You can back away now, you're blocking the air flow." I said in an irritated manner.

"Thanks," he smirked, clearly not affected by my angry glare. "I just had to find a way to escape from that damn she-wolf. I can't deal with her drunk state especially now that she won't accept the break up."

"Well perhaps, she'll soon realize what an asshole you are and eventually come to her senses." I felt proud of myself for saying that. Truth be told, I didn't like Alexandria. As a matter of fact, I thought she was a she-devil. However, I didn't care cause the one I was angry with was the guy standing in front of me, apparently speechless from what I said. The damn boy hadn't back away from me yet.

It didn't take long for an arrogant smirk to appear on his face. He raised both his arms on either side of me, caging me and leaned his face closer to me so I was forced to only see him once again. I nearly melted under his gaze. How the hell does he do that?

"You didn't seem to mind helping out this asshole a second ago… in fact you seemed to be getting pretty into it." he briefly glanced at my lips, making my breathe hitch. But before I could melt in his arms, I stopped myself. Trying my hardest, I looked away from his breath taking face. "You've totally lost it. You practically forced me into it now can you take a step back now. I can hardly breathe."

"Maybe, you like me this close." He whispered in my ear causing me to close my eyes at the sensation running all through my body from his words. What the hell was wrong with me? I attempted to keep at least the outlook that he had no effect on me but he was making it hard. I didn't know what was happening but I knew I needed it to stop before I did something stupid. I needed to get away from him quick.

I tried to push his chest away but didn't budge. I needed another tactic.

"Look, I get what you tried to do. You broke her heart and didn't have the guts to face the consequences of your actions so you used me to do it. Well, you did your thing, got what you wanted now you can move on your merry way and leave me be."

"I'm not avoiding the consequences of breaking up with her. I was just avoiding a scene happening at this party. All she's going to do is cry and whine about how she loves me and that she wants me to stay with her not to mention the fact that she's drunk. I can't deal with her insanity tonight. It's not my fault if women just can't let me go." He just had to add that last bit in there didn't he?

I rolled my eyes, not believing how arrogant and egotistical he was. I can't believe the Crimson moon pack is gonna have this douchebag as alpha soon. "Wow, you're so full of yourself but it's not like I'm surprised. On that note, it's been nice chatting but now I think it's time to put an end to this not so pleasant discussion. If you would excuse me…" I couldn't wait to get away away from this moron. I managed to slip under his arm when he momentarily stood back. I took the chance to walk away but he grabbed my arm and swung me back.

"Wait," he stared at me while holding my arm with a dumbfounded look on his face. "Who the hell are you. Are you new to the pack?"

"Are you serious, we have been going to the same school since elementary." I shook my head in dismay. I really was invisible to everyone.

"Impossible, I would have noticed you, especially someone who kisses that good." he winked at me.

Don't you dare blush Isabelle. Do not blush..

"That kiss wasn't that good, and why did you kiss me anyway. I'm pretty sure justa hiding in the corner did the trick." I enquired just realizing that he really had no reason to kiss me.

"I had to keep your mouth shut. I could see that that you were going to start ranting about me being there and I had to, you know... keep your mouth busy." He smirked, looking back down at my lips. I took a deep breath cause this guy was really starting to get to me. How could someone piss me off and turn me on at the same time.

"I think that's enough partying for one night. Now can I please have my arm back now?" I asked as he still had my hand in an iron grip.

"Sure thing but on one condition." he pulled me closer to him and whispered, "Tell me your name she-wolf." He demanded and to make things worse, he gently nipped my earlobe causing me to force myself not to moan from the sensation I was feeling.

I stayed strong and managed to compose myself from falling for his attempts. I swiftly moved my head away from his mouth and looked him straight in the eyes.

"Or I could just scream r**e, I'm sure that'll be a good enough scandal for you Alpha." I winked right back at him to which he grinned at and released my hand.

Checkmate Douchbag. I turned instantly and walked out of the room, texting Emily. I informed her that I was leaving and that I wasn't feeling well.

I wasn't too worried about Emily missing me at the party though cause one thing I knew for sure about Emily was the fact that she didn't need me to have a good time and she had tons of friends at school.

I still hadn't decided if I was going to tell her about what happened between me and Jayden or not. I mean, I was proud of how I handled it but I was one hundred percent sure Emily would blow things out of proportion by getting excited by something that meant absolutely nothing.

'Are you sure it meant nothing? Cause I seem to remember you almost melting in his arms as he kissed you.' I heard my wolf Lexi say within my head.

'Argh! Shut it! I didn't melt in his arms got that. He caught unaware and I was in shock.' I said in denial.

'If you say so,' she teased

What was that suppose to mean? I didn't even like him. I guess I'd have to sleep over this issue but first, I needed a cold bath.
