Chapter 33After consoling Felicity, Mercy took her up to her room and she fell asleep almost immediately. Raymond remained in his room, he didn't come out for breakfast when Gloria called him rather he ordered that his breakfast should be brought to his room where he ate silently. His words that hurt Felicity still rang in his mind, hurting him just as well, he wonders what she was doing at the moment but he couldn't bring himself to go check on her, he is not falling for her, it's going to a take a really strong woman to get him to bend and she had not yet been born, he thought as he silently scooped his food to his mouth, he doubts if he would love to see her for the rest of the day.
