She screams in pain, she is in labour in the middle of the jungle. With only her great aunt and an elder from the community she grew up in. Kristina knows she has no other choice as her kind cannot be part of normal civilisation. Till to this day she doesn't know why the gods chose her to carry the most important witch in the world.
Come my child, we need to enter the water, says her great aunt. They step into the river, ready to receive the baby they have long waited for. It is important that no one knows of the birth of this baby. Dark clouds start to form in the sky, followed by thunder and lightning. The time has come and all one can hear is the screams from the young lady in labour and the loud thunderous storm accompanied by lightning.
The young lady leaning against her aunt while the elder is seated by her opened legs. The two older ladies encourage her to push one more time. She gives one big last push and screams her lungs out. The elder women gets ready to receive the baby, just like she has done so on many occasions. She receives the baby and says a pray. Thank you for the gift of life we have received, she says. The mother is wet from the water and her own sweat... she is exhausted from the labour and she is trying hard to keep her eyes open, so she can see her baby. She takes a look at her baby and sees her caramel skin and white hair. She smiles and utters the name Naviita.
The baby hurls out a loud cry which ignites the lightning from the sky... The lightning hits the baby, scarying the three ladies. All they see is lightning coming from the baby and entering the sky and the lightening from the sky entering the baby. Once the lightning storm is over. The three ladies, shaken to their core from what they witnessed. look around them, they are not hurt and the baby is fine too.
You will rest for a few days, than you have to leave. She is too powerful to keep here. Many will be after her, make sure she stays hidden until she fulfills her destiny. Norma warns the aunt and niece.
PRESENT DAY

I know I shouldn't be in the city, but something draws me to this place. I just dont know what...? I guess spending so much time locked up in dark quiet places for years, maybe I just prefer the hustle and bustle of the city. I like the cars hooting, kids playing in parks, people enjoying themselves at restaurants and clubs. The noise is almost like therapy.
I've spent my whole life trying to hide and 10 years, I was a captive. Kept in a dungeon, tight up, no one to talk to... Now atleast I have my roommate Kelly and my dog bubba. I swear on my moms name Kristina, may she rest in peace. No one will hold me captive for my powers anymore.
I have been getting weird visions lately and I just dont understand them at all. No one really taught me about my powers.
My mother was not a witch and all she did was make sure I was safe.
She didn't get the gift like my grandmother and me. She hardly allowed me to use my gifts... She said it was for the best, that way we dont attract unwanted attention. She also had to witness my grandmother and her sister get abused cos of their powers. She swore that I wont go through the same thing.
The only spells I know I learned form spell seekers and that was mostly to change appearance, invisibility and making things disappear. The spells were mostly used for organised crime like kidnapping and theft.
I learnt the importance of changing my hair colour, after I escaped. I got the feeling that my white hair colour attracted the spell seekers. The first two spell seekers knew about my hair but were not really fully aware of what I could do. They thought I was a weak half breed white witch, especially because my mom was human with no powers. Im glad all I need is a spell to change my hair colour though... Thank god no chemicals needed. It's been two years since my escaped from Red.
He kept me for 3 years, making me steal for him. I hate that i***t with my life. He was the worst out of all the spell seekers that kidnapped me.
I remember the night I escaped. Red had planned a raid and he didn't take me with. Which I found weird, cos my powers were always needed when Red was doing a warehouse raid. I later found out that, he was making sure other spell seekers dont get to me.
When he came back to the compound, he was so angry and exhausted. The raid didn't go well and he lost a few men.
He came to my room, he was so angry his nostril flared.
You see what happenes, when I try to protect you, he asked me. He thought I was stupid enough to believe that the reason why he didn't take me with was to protect me. He just didn't want another spell seeker to have me, he wanted to make sure I was "Safe" so I could continue to do his dirty work and not for my well being.
While he was pacing up and down my room in a rage, rambling nonsense. I notice he wasn't wearing the Dual Sapphire crystal neclace. For the crystal to control me he should wears his. It must have fallen off. Without thinking twice I try to remove mine and it came off. I throw it on the floor and step on it.
Red was so deep into his temper tantrum, he only noticed what happened, when he saw me step on the crystal. The contol he had over me was broken and he knew it.
The look on his face, when he realised what happened. He was surprised and now fear appeared.
He tried to lunge at me but with instinct I raise my right hand towards him. I suddenly feel a burst of energy or sparks travel through my body. The feeling is not familiar and the sparks exit through my right hand, hitting Red in the face.
All I can see is Red being struck in the face by lightning and the room catching on fair.
I dont understand what happened and I'm just frozen in one place. I have never had such power before.
Red is holding half his face and is screaming in pain.
ahhh you b***h I'm going to kill you, he says while stumbling and trying to find his balance so he can get to me.
I snap out of my frozen state and quickly realise that I had to run. I hear Red's men shouting "there is a fire in the witches room" and one asking "where is the boss".
The fire starts to spread fast, I try to open the door to the room and its locked. I look over to Red and he is lying on the ground. Atleast I dont have to worry about him.
I raise both my hands to towards the door, I cast a spell and it opens.
I see the hallway is empty and i make a run for it.
I ran as fast as I could and didn't look back.
