Seth couldn't believe his luck at running into Irene like that. He'd been thinking about her body all day, how he wanted her body again and again. Seth dressed down in older jeans and a blue flannel. In his large garage he decided to pick her up in his Jeep so they could easily go off road if they needed to.

Seth pulled into the coffee shop parking lot and found Irene outside waiting. She was wearing a light yellow sundress with a blue jean jacket. Her hair was french braided and swept out of her face. She looked amazing. He came around on the outside of his Jeep to open the door for her. Irene smiled up at him, "so where are you taking me?" Seth smiled and replied "You'll see."

They drove through a winding path in the woods in a comfortable silence.The leaves were just starting to turn beautiful fall colors. Seth turned the Jeep off of the man made road and drove through a small meadow. Parking his car, he came around to Irene's side and opened her door for her. He held out a hand for her to take and the basket of goodies in his other hand. They climbed to the top of a small hill and spread the blanket out.

"I have to admit, I'm impressed Seth. This is a really beautiful spot." Irene opened up the basket and grabbed a small handful of grapes out. "You were really thoughtful throwing this together." Seth snagged a grape causing Irene to giggle. "A beautiful spot for a beautiful lady." Irene rolled her eyes at his cheesy sounding comment. They spent the next hour just snacking and talking about their families.

Seth was careful not to say much about his family. Irene didn't pry too much either. He learned that she had been on her own since she was seventeen and her mother had passed away. Seth admired her for her strength and was impressed with the work ethic she had. Irene was an incredibly strong woman. When she spoke of her last heartbreak her eyes went sad. Seth had gently kissed her after she told the him the story.

Irene found herself surprised at how easy it was to talk to him. It usually took her a while to warm up to anyone new or share some of the pain she'd been through. Losing her mom, juggling jobs to get a place secured for herself. Seth hadn't interrupted once, had asked questions and really showed her that he was listening. Laying there next to him was oddly peaceful. She licked a little salt off of her fingers after eating a chip and saw his eyes suddenly darken.

She also knew without a doubt that it was going to be awful hard going slow seeing as she wanted him just about as bad as he wanted her. "Maybe we could compromise?" she asked him. "How so?" "Well how about we do everything except the intercourse?" Her eyes twinkled devilishly with her offer. "I'll take you up on that" Seth said hoarsely
