Seth felt Irene shaking him awake and rubbed his eyes. “What’s wrong babe?” Irene was crying and holding her stomach. He sat up quickly feeling more awake. “Is something wrong with the baby?!?” Irene could only moan in pain. Seth turned into a human tornado, throwing clothes on grabbing her bag and scooped her carefully into his arms and carried her out to the car. He probably broke several traffic laws rushing her to the hospital. He came in through the emergency entrance and a nurse came running up and helped him get Irene onto a bed.
“Sir, what happened? Is she hurt?”
“ I don’t know what happened she’s about 22 weeks pregnant and woke up crying and holding her stomach. Is something wrong with my baby?”
