Rayne I quickly checked the kitchen area. It had a food processor and fresh water. The cabinets and crawlspaces were empty. Walking past the living space, I snatched the door open and saw a small bathroom. Closing the door, I quickly relieved the feeling of a ten-pound baby tap dancing on my bladder. Opening another door, I turned the corner into the living area and stopped. There were two red and two green aliens standing in front of me. Firing at the two red ones, I dove behind a large table. A quick glance at the floor showed me I had missed my targets. Dang. Four against one weren’t great odds. Sticking my head out, I jerked back under cover as a round of laser fire soared past me.
