We managed to create a tent because it was already dark and we were on the deep side of the forest; the cold night could be seen, the sounds of the birds chirping, and the tiny rodents scurrying their feet through the thick and dense forest. I let out a deep yawn as I tried sleeping, but the thought of her safety lingered; I couldn't sleep. I was waiting for her to arrive from where she had gone after informing me that she would need some alone time.
