**POV MIA** I quickly stepped away, but I couldn't help looking back as I walked down the hallway. Massimo was at the door of the room, still shirtless, watching me with a look I couldn't decipher. That brief exchange of contact had revived memories I preferred to forget, and I knew that the honeymoon was far from the paradise I had imagined.
