Speculation

Maybe there's  place out there.

A place where I truly belong.

Not here with these people, people

who have no respect for the other.

People who have no respect for

Themselves.

Maybe there's another universe.

Another reality where everything is

different and only the truly fated

meet. 

But no where is perfect.

Not this world.

Not this universe.

Not this reality.

Not any other.

But......what if. Just what if?

Would it be so bad?

What would change?

Would I still have my friends?

Who would I meet that I haven't

already? 

Often I think of "what if"?

Thought is power.

Maybe one day all my "what if's"

will become "It is".

All my dreams a scary reality

and I wouldn't know the difference. 

But until then my imagination...

My greatest fear and my bestest

friend.
