Lena’s POV.
It's ten thirty in the morning, last night Zoey and I talked and that was exactly what I needed to put my defences up. Leo might be a changed man and I'm not doubting that or anything but it doesn't mean that I can let him back in my heart, maybe someday we might be friends, I guess we have to since I'm considering letting him back into the kids lives but that's it, just friends.
The kids woke up very cranky this morning, coming down from their sugar high, so I gave them all a hot bath and we has some eggs and toast with orange juice for breakfast. Emmett left like an hour ago to go to the lab while the kids are currently doing some home school with Zoey.
As for me, I'm currently making sure I have everything packed before I close up my box and my carryon, also my backpa
