ACT 1

THE DISCOVERY & THE BETRAYAL

Scene 1

(Alex is sitting alone, contemplating his relationship with his girlfriend, Bella.)

Alex: Bella, what can i help you with.

Bella: I appreciate you for everything Alex, but I dont think we can continue with this relationship.

Alex: I don't get it what do you mean by that.

Bella: Alex i need money for my brother wedding gift if you can't produce the money let break up.

Alex: ("I have been helping my girlfriend from day one when I met her, but I don't know if she genuinely loves me,today I will test her loyalty the money will not be given to her."),

I don't have the money let your brother work for himself.

Bella: Fine then don't blame me.

Alex: Bella wait I really don't have.

(Alex, despite being secretly wealthy and the top salesman in his company, has always pretended to be a humble delivery man to test what kind of woman he will marry.)

Scene 2

(Inside a luxurious room at the Morgan Hotel, Bella is with another man, Mr. James.).

Bella: "Mr. James, let's go to the bedroom so my poor boyfriend will not see us together.

Mr. James: "Don't worry, dear. What can he do to me? He's just a delivery man."

(Mr. James and Bella laugh. Outside, a knock sounds at the door.)

Alex: "Hello, your delivery has arrived..."

Bella: "I'm coming..."

Alex: (To himself) "Is that Bella's voice I hear? It's not possible. What could she be doing in a hotel with another man?".

Scene 3

(Bella opens the door and locks eyes with Alex.)

Bella: "What! Alex, is that you? What are you doing here?".

Alex: "Why are you asking me this? You don't work here, so what is your business at this hotel?".

Mr. James: (Walking up) "She found a rich man who can pay for any thing she likes what your problem”.

Alex: "What!".

Bella: "Now that you know, we are done! After all, you are broke. What can you give me? Well, I appreciate you sending me to school, but that was your foolishness. If you can let this go, I will allow you to stay by my side."

Alex: "No, we are done. But remember, you will regret it, and it will be too late."

(Alex leaves in tears, utterly heartbroken.)

ACT 2

A CHANCE ENCOUNTER

Scene 1

(Alex sits with his friend at a bar, trying to drown his sorrows.)

Alex: "I don't want to live like this, but it seems I can't believe in love again."

His Friend: "Bro, why don't you give it a try? Maybe you can change your fate."

Alex: "Bro, well maybe... but I can't just go back to being single. My sisters will eat me raw!".

(Alex and his friend leave to grab a French drink at the hotel bar.)

Scene 2

(At the bar, Emily Carter-a wealthy heiress from the Carter Syndicate-notices Alex.)

Emily: (To herself) "Mmm, I haven't seen anyone like that... Wait, I found him! This boy looks like Alex John."

(She recalls a childhood memory: "In the light: Alex, Emily, when we grow up, will you marry me? Emily: Yes, I will.")

Emily: (Approaching) "Hello guys, what do you want?. This is the Morgan Hotel. What can we do for you?"

Alex: "Look who we have here. To think I get up, sit here, and drop $200,000, and you're allowed to drink grand-worth stuff, yes."

Emily: "Why not? What is wrong with Alex drinking and spending on an expensive drink?"

Alex: "Bro, I really don't know what to do. I loved her so much, but she called me a fool. She neglected the love I had for her."

Emily: (Thinking) "I see, so he was heartbroken. This is my chance to get close to him." (Aloud) "Alex, do you really love her that much?"

Alex: "Sure I do. I gave her everything I had to make her happy, but she cheated on me."

Emily: (Delighted, thinking) "Hmmm, you told me you would marry me, but you loved another person instead. This is what you deserve."

ACT 3

NEW BEGINNINGS

Scene 1

(Emily's brother, Brooks, joins them at the table.)

Brooks: "Sis, do you love him?"

Emily: "What? I just met him! Hmmm... what do you think?"

Brooks: "Fate has given you another chance, man."

Alex: "Shut up!"

Brooks: "Bro, you better accept your fate."

(Brooks smiles and leaves the two alone.)

Scene 2

(Alex and Emily sit together to start fresh.)

Alex: "I'm Alex. I work as a delivery man and earn $5,000 per month."

Emily: (Thinking) "Hmm, you are lying to me, trying to hide your identity just to find true love." (Aloud) "Okay, I'm Emily. I work at the hotel with a monthly salary of $10,000 per month."

Alex: "Ten thousand a month? That's impressive for a hotel staff member. You must work incredibly hard. Just so you know, my life isn't glamorous. What you see is what you get-no hidden millions, no high-society lifestyle. If we do this, it's just plain, simple living."

Emily: (Smiling softly, hiding her knowledge of his true billionaire lineage) "I don't need a man to buy me the world, Alex. I earn my own living, and I value character over a bank account. All I want is someone who is loyal, honest, and humble."

Alex: (A fleeting smile touches his lips, though his heart remains guarded) "Loyalty... yeah, that's harder to find than you think. But I appreciate that. Let's take things one step at a time."

ACT 4

THE TWISTED REVEAL & THE RECKONING.

Scene 1

(Three months later. Alex and Emily have grown exceptionally close, spending humble evenings together at quiet roadside diners. Alex, convinced Emily is just a hardworking woman from a modest background, decides it is time to reveal his actual fortune as the sole heir to the John Enterprise conglomerate.)

(Location: The Grand Ballroom at the Morgan Hotel. Alex has organized a private, high-society gala to formally introduce his future bride and reclaim his true position in business.)

(Outside the venue, Bella and Mr. James arrive in flashy evening wear, trying to mingle with the elite.)

Bella: "Mr. James, look at this place! The owner of John Enterprise is hosting a private banquet tonight. If we get inside, your business will soar!"

Mr. James: "Indeed! I heard the young master of the family spent years undercover to find a woman who isn't a gold-digger. He's announcing his bride tonight!"

(They walk into the grand hall just as the spotlights focus on the main stage. Alex walks up to the microphone, wearing a bespoke, million-dollar tuxedo.)

Bella: (Gasping, dropping her wine glass) "Al... Alex?! No, that's impossible! He's just a delivery boy!"

Mr. James: (Staring in horror) "You fool! That's Alex John! The sole heir to the entire John conglomerate!"

Scene 2

(On stage, Alex steps toward the microphone, looking out at the crowd. He spots Bella staring at him in shock, but his eyes cold-shoulder her completely.)

Alex: "Welcome, everyone. For years, I hid my wealth, believing that no woman from high society could ever love me for who I truly am. I thought I had to test people to find authenticity."

(Alex turns to the side of the stage and reaches out his hand toward Emily, who walks out wearing a stunning diamond necklace and an elegant royal-blue gown.)

Alex: "I met Emily when I thought I had nothing left to give. She accepted me as a simple man earning a humble wage. Today, I am proud to share my true world with her."

(Alex takes out a rare ring, preparing to shock her with his fortune. Before he can speak, the hotel's security team and executive board step forward, bowing deeply to Emily.)

Head Executive: "Welcome, Lady Emily Carter, Chief Executive Officer of the Carter Syndicate and primary owner of the Morgan Hotel chain!"

Alex: "Wait... Lady Emily? The Carter Syndicate? You... you own this entire hotel chain? You earn millions a day!"

Emily: (Laughs gently, holding his hands) "Alex, my family's syndicate is twice the size of your empire. I was never working for a $10,000 monthly salary-I ran the whole company. I let you keep your secret because I wanted you to see that true love doesn't care about price tags, tests, or titles."

Scene 3

(Alex bursts into a genuine, unburdened laugh, realizing the absurdity of his testing mechanism. He slips the ring onto her finger.)

Alex: "So the whole time I was trying to protect you from my world... you actually owned half of it."

Emily: "I only ever wanted your heart, Alex. Nothing else."

(Suddenly, Bella pushes through the security guard perimeter, rushing toward the stage in tears.)

Bella: "Alex! Alex, please listen to me! I made a terrible mistake! Mr. James forced me to do it! I've always loved you, Alex, even when you were delivering packages! Please take me back!"

Mr. James: (Behind her, pleading) "Mr. John, please, spare my business! I didn't know!"

Alex: "You didn't love a delivery man, Bella, and you certainly don't love me now. You only love money-and ironically, you just threw away more than you'll ever see in a lifetime. Security, remove them from the premises."

(Security escorts the screaming Bella and Mr. James out of the hall as the guests applaud.)

Emily: (Looking at Alex with a warm smile) "Ready to leave the games behind and start our real life?"

Alex: "With you? Always."

(They kiss as the crowd cheers, closing the curtain on the past.)

ACT 5

AFTERMATH & THE MERGER

Scene 1

(The Morning After the Gala. Inside the grand penthouse office of the Morgan Hotel. Alex sits across from Emily, both sipping coffee while reviewing financial reports.)

Alex: (Smiling, shaking his head) "I still can't believe it. I spent months worrying about how I'd support you on a delivery driver's budget, and you were literally managing the global revenue of the Carter Syndicate."

Emily: (Gently laughing) "You wanted a simple life, Alex. I gave you a safe space to just be yourself away from corporate vultures. Besides, I liked seeing how protective you were of me."

Alex: "Well, now that the truth is out, my family's board of directors wants us to officially merge John Enterprise with the Carter Syndicate. They're calling it the deal of the century."

Emily: "A joint empire? Sounds ambitious. But before we sign anything, we have unfinished business. Bella and Mr. James aren't going to let this go quietly."

Scene 2

Bella: "What are you planning?"

Mr. James: "A press conference. We tell the media that Alex John played mind games, deceived his girlfriend, and used his power to ruin small businesses. Let's see how the public reacts to the 'heroic' billionaire."

Scene 3

(A week later. Inside the International Press Center. Dozens of reporters and camera crew members gather as Alex and Emily step up to the podium for the joint company merger announcement.)

(Suddenly, a Reporter near the front stands up, holding a microphone.)

(The room buzzes with whispers. Alex remains calm, adjusting his collar, while Emily steps up next to him with an unbothered smile.)

Alex: "I never manipulated anyone. I lived humbly because I wanted to find someone who valued integrity over net worth. The person throwing those allegations chose money over devotion-and paid the price of her own greed."

Emily: (Stepping forward with authority) "And as for Mr. James' business-the Carter Syndicate launched an independent audit into his firm three days ago. We uncovered systemic fraud, tax evasion, and embezzled funds. Security and federal authorities are arresting Mr. James as we speak."

(On the side screen of the auditorium, live news footage shows Mr. James being escorted out of his office in handcuffs by police officers.)

Alex: (Looking straight into the cameras) "True loyalty cannot be bought, and real character cannot be faked. Today, we don't just announce a business merger-we announce a foundation built on trust."

Alex's Elder Sister: (Adjusting Alex's bowtie in the dressing room) "I remember when you insisted on wearing worn-out delivery boots just to test people, Alex. We thought you were crazy."

Alex: (Smiling into the mirror) "I was hurting, Sis. But if I hadn't taken that path, I would never have seen Bella's true colors-and I would never have found Emily."

Alex's Younger Sister: "And to think you thought you were going to impress her with your net worth, only to find out she owns the ground we're standing on!"

(The sisters laugh warmly as Brooks, Emily's brother, knocks on the door and steps in.)

Alex: (Looking into Emily's eyes) "Emily, I spent years hiding who I was because I was afraid of being loved for the wrong reasons. You proved to me that real loyalty isn't bought-it's given freely. You accepted me as a simple man with nothing, and you loved me before you ever knew my name. I promise to cherish, respect, and walk beside you for the rest of my life."

Officiant: "By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."
