Blake drove off the vehicular ferry and covered the short distance between Kennedy Point and Deans Point about fifteen minutes. Over the past few days his lawyer had given him an update on where the application to cease all work on the proposed marina site until the environmental study had been completed. An interim order had been put in place and the developer had fourteen days to come back with a response, that had been disappointing but at least the application wasn’t thrown out of court without being heard.
