ASHK’S POV: Two weeks have passed since our encounter at his office. We talked and we walked like usual. I confronted him at the conferences and the meetings but my head was stuck at the words that he said before I went on the other side of the door.  Today I am driving to the Airport to pick Mia up. I missed her a lot. I missed her for the past three years. We had so much that was there. So much that she had gone through and so much I have faced. Maybe the agony was the one thing persistent in our lives and now another thing that invaded me was Roman Walter. I remember exactly what he said in his deep gravelly voice that resembled the waves in rage but silent and waiting patiently to unravel themselves.
