“What?” My eyes widened, not only at being caught, but the words he just spoke.
“You thought to steal a kiss when I'm still in my sick bed?” He smirked as he brought my face closer to his.
“Who said anything— ab — ab — about taking advantage of you?” I stammer, but finally got the words out.
“You know, you don't have to lie about this.” He smirked some more, “you were caught right in the act.” He brought my face closer, “had I not opened my eyes when I did, you would have kissed me.”
“Who—”
“You can take advantage of me, darling. I won't mind. Not at all.” He said before he brought our lips together.
Stunned, I stood frozen, not knowing what to do, and would have stayed that way had it not been for the Alpha beneath me.
Still holding on to my neck, he sat up and drew me closer.
