In the operating room, several doctors approached Elena, who was tied down to the operating table. One of them had raised their scalpels, and was cutting off the light brown dress she was wearing, revealing her pale, tender-looking skin.
"No, please don't hurt me or my baby!" Elena struggled frantically as she cried and pleaded.
Her throat felt bloody, as if it was almost on the verge of tearing. The corners of her mouth were bleeding as well, and her pale lips were half-parted as she continued to let out pained cries.
