Libby, who had just come out of Kody's ward, was scared out of her wits when she turned around and was met with Elena's lonely figure leaning against the white walls in the corridor. "Elena, when did you get here? Why do you look so pale? Did that crazy b*stard, Logan, get angry with you again?"
"Do I really look that pale?"
Elena was a little dizzy, but her heartbeat was relatively stable. She raised a hand and gently patted her cheeks a few times. Under Libby's watchful gaze, she shot her a faint smile and said, "I'm fine. The doctor told me that I just had low blood sugar. I was asked to rest and eat small meals regularly to rebalance my diet."
