Logan suddenly stopped in his tracks. Due to the inertia, Elena ended up slamming into him.
She hit her severely injured abdomen on the man's hard pelvis bone. The pain she experienced at that moment was almost unbearable. She could not help groaning out, "Ouch..."
She bent over and waited for the pain to abate for a long while before she was able to recover from it.
