Now knights could be seen patrolling on the road. Near the vicinity of the Greenwood Forest, there were several camps set up waiting for a war. There were some War machines used here. The most common was a flying machine that could transport soldiers and are used mostly for long-distance travel. It was equipped with tier 5 protection formation. And also with tier 2 magic cannons. The cannons use only monster core so it was too costly to install higher tier cannons.

There were also blacksmith, Alchemist and Magician shop that was set up for selling various props, weapons, armours, potions and scrolls.

They were also various adventure groups that would come here to kill the monster in Greenwood Mountain and then sell the monster core and other valuable materials as they were bought a little costly by the vendors due to its demand.

Note - Adventure Group may contain more than two people in a group. They might have different or same professions.

So the village was very lively and at the inn where I fought now, there would be tales talked by the people who saw the fight. So red-eyed man with three beauty's had become the talk of the inn. 

Especially the innkeepers who used to earn money by repeating the story.

Inside a camp, the atmosphere was depressed as present here was Vicar Gifford who was leading the team. While his father Vicar Ivo Viscount of Talin was currently in seclusion was breaking through tier 6 mage. 

Then Gifford looked at the baron present and said," tell me about the situation of the camp".

Baron Gwydo was appointed as chief in war as the village of Greenwood lies in his territory. So he said respectfully," young lord we currently have 5,000 tier 1 knight, 2000 tier 2 warriors, 1000 tier 3 archers, 200 tier 1 mage, 70 tier 2 mages, 10 tier 3 mages and also 3 tier 4 mages ready to be deployed at any time you want.

There is also 3 Flying Machine that can be deployed at any time. The carrying capacity of the Flying Machine is 7,000. So we can transport them without any problems. And in addition to that, we had upgraded the defence of Flying Machine to tier 5.

In addition to Flying Machine, we have ten small fighters that can carry a team of ten people. It can be used as a scout as its flying speed is very fast that can reach tier 5 assassin speed but its defence is too weak and there is only a tier 1 cannon installed in it".

After giving the details Baron Gwydo looked quietly at Vicar Gifford who had closed his eyes and had a frown on his forehead.

After a while, Gifford said," What tier of weapons installed in the Flying Machine".

Baron Gwydo replied," young lord it's tier 2 magic cannons as we didn't have enough funds to buy tier 3 monster crystal".

Vicar Gifford asked," how much does the magician association ask to pay to install tier 3 magic cannon?".

Baron Gwydo answered," 100,000 gold coins. After installing they would give us 10 tier 3 monster core for free".

Vicar Gifford said," I don't need tier 3 monster core. As for him, if the price can be reduced to 50,000 gold coins then we will install two cannons in two Flying Machine".

Baron Gwydo bowed his head and said," young lord pardon me".

Then Vicar Gifford waved his hand and said," tell him my bottom line is 65,000 gold coins for one tier 3 cannons, if not then ignore them".

Hearing Gifford words Baron Gwydo nodded his head and then walked away and also other barons walked away.

While Gifford murmured to himself," the magician association are gold-sucking mosquitoes as they suck the gold out of the nobles. But if tier 3 cannons are installed then winning this war will be very easy", saying so he decided to visit the inn.

After Gifford came to the inn, the waiter called him inside enthusiastically as the clothes he wore showed his noble identity. Then he paid three gold coins and said," tell me about the news of red eyes man with three beauties and bring some food and wine".

Hearing his words the waiter was happy and then he said," please wait, sir, I will bring the food and wine", saying so the waiter went away.

While Gifford looked around the surroundings and finally stayed on the veiled girl and then went to her and asked," May I have the chance to invite the lady to dinner".

The beauty was Rose whom we promised to meet after three months. 

Rose looked at Gifford and said," are you worthy enough to invite me to eat Gifford".

Hearing the harsh voice Gifford was puzzled and then asked," who is your excellency".

"Do I need to say it? Are all the members of Vicar families lecherous like your brother?", asked Rose.

Hearing the girls words Vicar had an urge to throw a frost bomb at the girl. While the other people who were eating picked their ears and began to listen to the conversation carefully

Gifford then calmed himself down. And then asked politely," may I ask the lady, did someone from my family do anything to you".

Rose had a smirk on her face and said," of course your younger brother who came to the village last time looked at me and asked to become his slave. I was fortunate enough to be protected by my friend or else know what my fate would be".

Hearing her words the crowd of people began to wisher each other.

" It turns out this way. No wonder the girl was so angry".

" Even his big brother turned out to be scum".

" Hey don't talk bad things about their back or else the next day you will disappear from the words".

" So the vicar family mainly cane to find the murderer with such a large army".

In this way, the gossip of Vicar spread like a wildfire and by tonight almost everyone present at Greenwood knew the name and did of the Vicar family.
