  Iris's POV   I hummed a tone as I drove, bobbing my head to the music blasting from the speakers.   I was currently headed to the tax bureau and I was supposed to be there by 10 o'clock and now, I was already running behind schedule. The last thing I wanted was to be late.   Suddenly, the engine let out a loud sputter, and smoke began to ooze from beneath the hood, making the power steering lock up instantly. I barely managed to move the vehicle onto the side of the road, before the engine died.   "Great. Excellent timing," I muttered, resting my forehead tiredly against the steering wheel as a wave of frustration washed over me.
