I woke up with a slight headache, my body felt hot and my throat dry, I was about to sit upright when a hand pushed me down, I quickly turned and faced Ian who was lying next to me shirtless, he looked sad for some reason, it was really rare seeing him like this, I wanted to run my hand on his cheek and kiss whatever was bothering him away, sadly I couldn't, no matter what I wasn't what he needed, I couldn't even satisfy him in any way.
"Rest," he whispered.
"No, I have rested enough, I have to go and train" I answered seriously.
"No you don't, today you had a rough day so I want you to rest" he whispered as the memory of that time came back to me.
