           I couldn’t help but unconsciously rub my face where the faint marks appeared. It had been months since Samuel attacked Jax and then me, but my marks didn’t heal as nicely as Jax. Although I was under a spell from Cecily when Samuel clawed me, my scars healed most of the way. If you didn’t know that they existed, then no one noticed them at all, but I knew they existed! I could still feel the s***h marks raised on my face, and I couldn’t help but see Samuel’s wolf form. I dropped my hand back down to my desk and started to run through my email. I was pleasantly surprised to see an email from Jessica. “I am sorry how things ended when you left pack land. I would really like to get to know you.
