Erza POV
"You mean this is not the first time this happened," I asked the nurse. She nodded head. After I put the boy down on the first bed saw. I stepped back a little to get a better view of the boy I just saved.
He was short, thin, have light brown hair that stopped at his shoulder, he was also wearing a pink sweater over a white shirt, light blue skinny jeans, a pair of pink converse, and homemade bracelets that are really cute.
I didn't know I was staring so long that I didn't notice his big golden eyes staring back at me.
"Are you the one who brought me here," he asked with his eyes lighting up. "Yes?" I said unsure if I wanted to answer that question.
"Does that mean you will become my friend," he asked with his eyes lighting up even more if that possible.
"Yeah, why not kid," I said back in a duh voice. He shot up so quickly, I thought he was about to blast off to the moon. He squeals jumping up and down like bunny, excitedly. "Whoa slow down, you where just hurt a couple of minutes ago."
"Oh this is fine I had worse before," he said nonchalantly. Hearing him say that made me want to hug all his problems away. 'Wait, hug? Did I just say I want to hug hi? I never like physical contact with people. What is going on with me?' I thought. "You wanted to hug me," the boy asked happily. "I said that out loud," I said with my cheeks heating up. "Yep," he said popping the 'p'.
I chough away my embarrassment and stated, "how about we introduce ourselves, you can go first." "Ok, my name is Lucas Greenlen but I prefer a girlier name like Lucy or LuLu. Yes, I am gay, single, I'm 5'3 and I like sweets. Your turn," he said in one smooth go, that I thought it was so cute.
"My name is Erza Smith, Erza is just fine to use. I am straight, single, I'm 5'6 and I will tell you more when we know each other better unless something happens and things start to come out," I said and I was grateful he didn't ask into what I mean.
We talked a bit more until the bell went off. "Look it's lunchtime already. I will show you to the cafeteria and we continue talking while eating together," Lu said smiling brightly. We got up and went to the cafeteria but all the seats were taken so I said, "Let's go eat under that tree across just outside." Lu nodded his head. We grabbed our food and headed toward the tree while talking.
But we were interrupted when a guy pushed Lu. With my fast reflexes, I caught Lu along with food and turned around to the guy who just pushed Lu and said irritated, "What is your problem."
With that everyone in the cafeteria stopped what they doing and watched quietly looking at me like I was crazy or something.
