~Junia~ Settling in the car's back seat, I grinned from ear to ear, forgetting that he was right next to me as I reminisced over the charming man my husband had become. If this were a dream or fairytale, I would hate to wake up from it. As if he knew how much proximity made me extra fluffy, he came closer, teasing my ear with his minty breath. "You know," he began, "this dress of yours has been driving me insane all evening. I didn’t like how some of those men looked at you." A shiver ran down my spine as his words sunk in. His deep and possessive voice, sparking an electric current, left me breathless. I turned to face him, catching the smirk on his lips―his gaze shadowed by something that made my heart race, my skin prickling under his gaze. “I didn’t notice,” I whispered honestly.
