Lunaria’s POV.
As I drove home with Liam, my thoughts went back to Nathan. I was glad our earlier talk had been good and he wasn’t upset with anything I had done. Knowing that felt like a weight off my shoulders, and for the first time in a long time, things just seemed… right.
I dropped Liam off at the palace with Mendy and didn’t waste any time heading to the hospital.
There was so much to do, but I wanted to get started analyzing the samples from Nathan’s pack that I had collected. The thought of actually finding a way to cure and help his people pushed me even harder.
At least, that way I could earn everyone’s trust.
