The tension in the council chamber was suffocating, but I refused to back down.
“You can't do that Alpha, your father will be angry at you. How could you consider bringing back the murderer of your father?” one of the elders thundered.
“What? Murder? You are still calling her a murderer. Haven't I mentioned that it was all a misunderstanding then that Lunaria isn't the one who murdered my father,” I said calmly, staring at them trying not to lose my temper.
