Lunaria’s POV
Her venomous words made my heart constrict against my chest as I grabbed the wall for support.
“How dare you say that?” Father yelled, I could literally hear his heavy breathing from my position, tearing me even more further.
“I’m not telling a tale here. Someone who is to succeed over you, shouldn't be a whore.” She added to her earlier words.
Unable to hold back any longer, I got on my heels immediately, running all the way to my room and not stopping until I was safely inside.
On my way, I collided with Lillian but I didn't stop even for a moment.
Sliding through the wall to the floor, the tears I had been holding back started to roll down my cheek in torrents.
If I had known this was going to be the outcome of my curiosity, I wouldn't have left the room when
