Nyra’s POV Prison was boring. That was the first thing I learned. Not painful. Not dramatic. Not even particularly cruel. Just boring. Interesting. Very interesting. Because I had spent years imagining what punishment looked like. I expected chains. Torture. Humiliation. Instead, Damon had given me something much worse. Time. Far too much time. Time to think.
