CHAPTER 35 “Okay Fred, I’m off” Lindsey spoke to an officer as she put on her jacket, “really, you normally don’t get off until later” Fred spoke as he turned to look at Lindsey with a curious look. “Yeah, well but it’s my niece, I feel like something is up with her you know but she won’t tell me anything. Tonight, I thought why not grab dinner and head over so we could… you know talk.” Lindsey spoke with a sad smile as she headed out. “Yeah, I got you. Oh, get a cheese burger I bet she would open right up if you got her one of those, I know I would. “Sure, thing Fred” Lindsey laughed at that before finally making it out and heading for the parking lot where her truck was parked, unbeknownst to her a pair of red eyes were watching her carefully as she got into her truck and drove
