My hand began to inch higher yet again on Kit's deliciously warm thigh as he drove, only to be quickly pushed back down towards his knee with an exasperated groan. This game had been playing out since we departed and because I knew it drove him crazy, both in irritation and excitement, it made it all the more entertaining.
"Do you not have any control over yourself, wolf?" he snapped. I knew I was getting under his skin as I noticed it was the only time he called me 'wolf'.
"I certainly do, I just choose to ignore it around you sweetheart" I said, flashing him my best grin.
He sighed heavily "truly, you are incorrigible" his tone and face screamed annoyance, but the subtle glow of his eyes when he spoke gave his true feelings away.
His reserved and couth demeanor matched my coars
