Epilogue The building in Anastas that officiated Ring ceremonies was small and out of the way of the city. The outside was underwhelming- no more than a plain stone structure without signage or declaration of what was held there. However, on entry, the decorations and lighting were stunning. Fresh flowers, gold filigree statues and carvings throughout the entrance, and lush carpets that were heavenly soft on our bare feet. I briefly wondered how such a place could maintain itself with the few ceremonies it held each year, but when Cyprus and Josselyn paid for the service, the amount explained away my curiosity. “Are you ready?” Josselyn asked, taking my hand.
