Thirty-FiveJust over three and a half hours later, Jake pulled onto Vicky and Jasper's driveway. As he had crossed over into Worcestershire, dark clouds began looming on the northern horizon, signalling the onset of a downpour. Sure enough, it had only taken a few more miles before Jake's 4x4 had been pelted with rain and hail. The sky above had darkened considerably, making him flick his lights on. The rain had continued, not relenting an inch as he'd made his way through the winding lanes that border the Lickey Hills Country Park.
