Common Concerns
“Hey, Jill? Can we talk?” Heather asked after they helped Nicole get Amber situated.
“Sure, Squirt. Let’s go back to my house, and we’ll make dinner and talk.”
“Great, thanks,” Heather said as she fidgeted in the seat next to Jill.
The drive to Jill’s house took two minutes. Once inside, Jill pulled two steaks out of the refrigerator and prepped them with salt and pepper, adding a bit of garlic powder. Jill then prepped a garlic butter to put on the steaks when they were done and resting. Heather prepared vegetables for grilling. She cut them up, added herbs, and crushed up fresh garlic to add in for flavor.
