I have to remind myself that Leah has more than proven she is only here for good. She is also now marked and mated to a Lycan warrior which shows her loyalty to our kind.
There is not much she will be able to hide through their bond… unless she used a spell… no he would be able to sense the magic before it took effect.
Also, Tilly adores her and actually trusted her from the first second they met, even having a nap with her a couple of times.
