Tilly studied them, especially Aaron. I could see her little brain calculating everything about Aaron. She even looked at his shoes.
“Hi Tilly. It’s nice to meet you.” Aaron gave her a warm yet apprehensive smile.
Tilly just continued to stare at him while holding onto me as Josh then said hi to her as well. She pretended she didn’t even hear him as she kept her focus on the weirdo. I really wish I could hear her thoughts sometimes!
“Tilly. Are you going to say hi back?” I asked her, seeing if she would at least do that. There is no way I am or can force her.
